The sweetest, most ancient origins…

Honey is a natural product, thousands of years old, made by bees from flower nectar. Its distinctive flavour, unique texture and natural properties make it a highly valued ingredient in catering, both for sweetening and for adding a distinctive touch to dishes and desserts. It is a versatile food, easy to use and enjoyed by all ages.

The perfect all-rounder…

Honey is synonymous with culinary versatility. It can be used in herbal teas, yoghurts, fruit, cereals and desserts, but also in savoury dishes: marinades, vinaigrettes, sauces, roasts and pairings with cheese or white meat. Its ability to balance flavours and add an aromatic touch makes it a very useful ingredient in both cold and hot cooking.

Practical and easy to store…

Honey is a very practical product: it has a long shelf life, is easy to handle and comes in formats perfectly suited to its use, such as single portions, large jars or dispensers. This makes it easy to distribute and to maintain hygiene and storage conditions.

Born rooted in the past, and from the need to do our bit for the sustainability of our planet.

My father, “l’avi Manel”, a native of Calders who loved the outdoors and nature, already had a few hives that he built by hand for his own use. It was he who first sparked our curiosity about the world of bees and honey.

Over the years, with the idea of starting this project, we met Marià, a third-generation beekeeper with a wealth of experience. Although he has his own operation, he is always there for us, and thanks to his advice and invaluable help we have been able to immerse ourselves fully in the fascinating world of beekeeping.

So, after this long journey and many shared moments, we consider him “the father of our bees” and, above all, a great friend.

In this partnership, each of us brings the best of ourselves: he brings the knowledge acquired over the years, we bring the drive to move the bees across the region, and all of us share the wish to keep learning about the magical world of bees and the hard work of the beekeeper.
