For returns due to simple withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct cost of the return where the law allows it and they have been informed in advance. Costs arising from defective products or shop errors are handled in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products are handled in accordance with the applicable legal guarantees and rights and should not be confused with a return due to a change of mind.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal will only apply where the law allows it and the customer has been properly informed before the purchase.
