El Rosal biscuits
El Rosal is a century-old biscuit brand with social value, handmade using quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Our bakery is a social economy and employment inclusion project for people at risk of exclusion, run by the Associació Alba, an organisation we belong to that works for the wellbeing of people with disabilities and at risk of exclusion. Diversity enriches us and gives us an original, different capacity for innovation. Our star product is Arrugats, deliciously imperfect biscuits that show how a great success can come from an imperfection.
We have been making good biscuits since 1920. We remain faithful to the most artisan tradition, which is why we have improved our century-old biscuit recipe using quality, local ingredients. We make each of our biscuits by hand, one by one, thinking of the people who will enjoy them.
