Ordering process
The customer selects the products or services, reviews the cart, provides the requested details, chooses delivery and payment and confirms the order. Before confirming, they can review and correct the details entered. The electronic order document is stored in the shop’s systems and, after the purchase, a confirmation is sent on a durable medium, normally by email. Where WooCommerce and the customer account allow the order history to be viewed, this information can also be accessed from the account. The language of the contract will be the one used during the checkout process unless another is expressly indicated.

Withdrawal and returns
